Please read the Shop Policies before purchasing custom art. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms below.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once payment is received and I have received your reference photos, I'll begin your illustration.

Shipping

I'll ship to the address provided at checkout. It usually takes me a couple of weekdays after approval to print your illustration and pop it in the mail. Please let me know if you need your portrait to arrive by a certain date.

USA Shipping:

I ship via USPS First Class 2 - 5 business day.

International Shipping:

For International orders, I ship via USPS First Class International 6 - 10 business day. Any taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and have not been included in the shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom art due to the many hours that go into drawing them.

I retain all copyrights to illustrations that I create and may use the illustrations for any promotional and commercial purposes.

Your custom Cutie Patootie is for personal use only, for example, hanging in your home, using on social media, or gifting to a loved one. It may not be used for commercial purposes such as logos, websites, blog banners, or anything that generates a profit without express written permission.
